A one-night live broadcasted performance.
The Apostles of Nationalism is the culmination of a collaboration between 3 theatres in the 3 Scandinavian countries on the influence of nationalism on society and zeitgeist.
In this performance of 3 acts European Dreamspeech is the Danish contribution. During her New Year speech Queen Margrete II transforms herself into the chanting young poet Yahya Hassan. In the second part of the Danish act President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, is portrayed with a speech on the migrants on boats from Africa and Frontex.
